Telephone support refers to the technical support and assistance provided by the company to customers via telephone or fax when they encounter difficulties or malfunctions during the use of the equipment. After confirming the customer's service request, the company will arrange for technical personnel to help the demander locate the fault by telephone within the specified time (i.e., response time), propose solutions, and ultimately guide the customer to troubleshoot the equipment.
